Job description for Programme Manager at Senja
- Providing oversight of programmes in the assigned locations
- Incubation related:
- Helping market and establish incubation and related programmes in assigned locations
- Assessing suitability of startups for Incubation programme
- Onboarding startups into the incubation programme
- Account managing startups within the incubation programme
- Managing incubation & other support programmes for the startups
- Establishing active engagement and partnerships with local universities, government agencies, corporates, investors, and other partners
- Engaging the communities by creating a robust content calendar for our social media and email channels including coming up with innovative content, writing posts and scheduling content
- Curate and cultivate participation among our internal and external communities and increase engagement and followership across the brands
- Organize & support signature events
- Host visits from both foreign and local delegations
- NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) programme related:
- Support NOC programme management and administration across the NOC Southeast Asia programmes
- Develop and support events for NUS Overseas Colleges and students to enhance learning opportunities and NOC positioning within the host city.
- Procure and generate leads for potential strategic partnerships and network of resources (companies, VCs, incubators, Institutions etc.) in host city to further objectives of NOC and NUS Enterprise as a whole.
- Assist in supporting and establishing potential learning areas for students through developing company-specific offerings and identifying opportunities in experiential learning, internships placement
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of the local start-ups industry, prior experience e.g. with a Tech startup, Venture Capitalist or investor, incubator, accelerator, universities or institutes of higher learning etc.
- Proven communication skills
- Excellent grasp of English and Bahasa Indonesia, able to communicate well in both languages for informal and formal occasions such as conduct presentations
- Excellent writing skills
- Passionate about entrepreneurship
- Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills with outgoing personality and high interest in learning and personal development
- Proven team player
- Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Conversant with Microsoft office suite of tools
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Knowledge of online marketing tools and channels
