- About the Role
The Program Manager (PM) ensures AsiaMotions’ programs run smoothly, maintaining high quality in activity delivery, logistics, and supplier coordination. This operational role requires ownership of assigned programs, from preparation to completion, working closely with the Program Leader (PL) and reporting to the Operation Office Manager.
Location:
- Vietnam Outdoors Co. Ltd. office (No.13, Street 46, An Khanh Ward (Thao Dien), HCMC).
- On-site programs (5–7 days per program) in Lam Dong, Ba Ria–Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Hue, etc.
Working Hours:
Office: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (flexible).
On-site: As per program schedule (approx. 6–7 AM to 10 PM).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programs end-to-end: preparation, operation, and closing.
- Coordinate with schools and suppliers, prepare required documents, and manage cash advances.
- Oversee logistics, equipment, and freelancer teams during programs.
- Ensure program quality, safety, and participant experience.
- Handle post-program documentation, expenses, and feedback.
- Contribute to product development, documentation improvement, and inspections.
Requirements
- Native Vietnamese, fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in event or outdoor program management is a plus.
