Role Overview
We' re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented intern to support the end-to-end delivery of our programs—helping coordinate logistics, prepare materials, manage stakeholder communication, and support partner development activities that expand our host-company and institutional network. You' ll be given real ownership of defined scopes, with guidance from senior team members, and expected to operate with high professionalism and follow-through.
What You'll Actually Do
Program Coordination & Readiness
- Coordinate timelines, requirements, and confirmations with schools/universities and host companies.
- Support program readiness by consolidating information and ensuring key components are aligned prior to student arrival.
- Prepare and update program schedules and run-of-show materials.
Stakeholder Communication Support
- Support communication with students and partners to ensure clarity on logistics, expectations, and program details.
- Assist students with logistics matters (accommodation, transport, visas, expectations) under guidance.
- Follow up on open items to ensure requests and confirmations are closed cleanly.
Logistics & On-ground Execution Support
- Support sourcing and arrangements for accommodation, transport, venues, and activity logistics.
- Assist with site checks and on-the-ground coordination during study trips and program activities.
- Track logistical progress and help reduce last-minute gaps through structured follow-through.
Documentation & Administration
- Prepare program documentation (participant packs, briefing materials, offer letters where applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of participants, partners, schedules, and operational details.
- Support visa documentation and administrative requirements when needed.
Partnership Development Support
- Research and map potential industry host companies for internship placements across sectors.
- Identify potential university and institutional partners across Southeast Asia.
- Maintain a partner pipeline tracker with clear status and follow-up notes.
- Support preparation of outreach materials, partnership decks, and briefing notes.

- Open to on-site support during program runs when required.
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience in event coordination, student leadership, or project-based work.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Excel for tracking and documentation.
