Job description for Production Engineer (English Speaker) at PT Sinoma Development Indonesia
PT Sinoma is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Production Engineer to support plant operation activities, production monitoring, process analysis, and operational improvement within cement plant operations. During the initial development period, candidates will undergo comprehensive learning and exposure to cement plant operations. The company will evaluate each individual’s capability, technical understanding, and potential for future placement in related functions such as Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Control (QC), Operations, or other technical departments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and good English communication skills to support coordination with internal teams and external technical support.
Responsibilities
- Support daily plant operation and production activities.
- Monitor production performance and operational parameters.
- Assist in troubleshooting and process analysis.
- Prepare operational and production reports.
- Coordinate with operation, maintenance, QC, and engineering teams.
- Learn and understand cement plant systems, equipment, and operational processes.
- Communicate with vendors and technical support when required.
