Job Description
- Work closely with Product manager to evaluate product failures, bugs, systemic problems, and hardware, also report on necessary steps to appropriately resolve problems
- Create & maintain product instruction manuals, knowledge bases, and FAQs for all product support activities
- Develop training materials & provide product training to all of the product stakeholders
- Analyze customer suggestions and recommend product revisions
Requirements
- Must possess major in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to work and collaborate in a team
- High curiosity and good analytical thinking is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to get along with other departments
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Attention to detail
- Writing proficiency (Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Proficiency in written English and Mandarin is a plus
- Basic proficiency in programming is a plus
