- We're building an ecommerce platform named as GoSELL. It's a platform to help seller manage store via multiple service packages which helps them build website/application/POS to sell online and offline.
- Besides developing features based on customer requests, the product team needs to have ideas to develop products with helpful features to serve customer's needs as well as compete with other competitors.
- Our product team will need to work with other departments: Designers, Developers, Quality Control make sure the features are developed properly, and also work with Marketing , Customer Service, Sales, Trainers team to help them understand the product better.
- Product teams sometimes need to work directly with customers to understand their needs to build the right features.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with an in-depth understanding of ecommerce markets, competition, and user needs
- Identify and target key user segments for existing and new products
- Validate ideas and design decisions with qualitative and quantitative feedback by conducting and analyzing user research
- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products and ensure successful product delivery
- Be the owner of the entire product life cycle and work hands-on with various teams such as user experience, user research, marketing,
engineering, legal and business development to research, plan, build, ship and manage products.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success and direction of products
- Gather customer feedback from CS/Sale/Marketing team to build accordingly feature.
- Create product ideas, draw mockups, work with the design team to realize UI/UX for the feature.
- Hold planning meeting to present about new feature, allocate works reasonably for development teams: Front End, Back End to ensure the continuity of work.
- Testing feature after implemented to make sure it work as designed
- Product demo to other deparments after each sprint
- Write guidline documentation for feature if needed
- Prepare requirement/mock-up for quaterly planning
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in Product Owner role or similar position
- Must have experience about E-commerce.
- Experience in developing product on mobile/website apps
- Experience in developing e-commerce product.
- Experience in using one of platforms: Shopify, Haravan, Sapo, KiotViet ...
- Experience in developing product that requires 3 party integration.
- Have programming/testing knowledge is an advantage
- Must have experience working in Scrum/Agile team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Having a degree in Business Analytics is an advantage
- Eager to learn, explore, adapt quickly to new things.
- User manual writing skills
- Skill in arranging work reasonably, ensuring the fulfillment of commitments with the board of directors and solving urgent
problems from customers when needed.
- Good English communication.
