Job description
Job Description :
- Work closely with Product Manager to execute day to day operation of the product, monitor the process, and publish regular report
- Create & maintain product instruction manuals, knowledge bases, and FAQs for all product operation activities
- Develop training materials & provide product training to all product's stakeholders
- Analyze all stakeholders suggestions and recommend product improvement
- Do testing on product framework
Requirements :
- Final year student in any major, fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to work and collaborate in a team
- Proficiency in English
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to get along with other departments
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, etc
