What you will be responsible for:
- Owning full product development cycle from ideation to release and iteration
- Contributing to the formulation of product strategy, OKRs and roadmap
- Driving decision making, prioritization and scoping based on a clear trade-off of company goals, customer experiences and technical solutions
- Defining and clearly communicating product plan, requirements, specifications and use cases
- Managing clear and well-scoped product requirements documents including translating business requirements to product or technical specifications.
- Defining, tracking and reporting on key product, business and customer metrics
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, data and other teams to deliver product improvements
- Leading effective cadences to maintain development timelines
What you need to have or be:
- 3-5 years of experiences in product management, preferably in high growth tech companies and/or SaaS company
- Drive for impact and strong business acumen
- A problem solver, data driven and customer-obsessed
- Strong leadership skills, proactivity and high sense of ownership
- Structured and effective communication skills; with solid ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and issues
- High attention to details
- Comfortability of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
