Requirements :
- Candidated will be based in Jakarta
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Post Graduated in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) from reputable university
- Strong technical background especially in electrical T&D
- Experience in lighting protection & transformers are preferable
- Shall be able to travel
- Excellent in English is a must
Purpose of the position :
- He/She will manage all technical matters around the product ranges in that area
- Technical specialist of the area : he/she capitalizes the market information and customer feedbacks, contributes to the market knowledge needed to manage and changes in product families (this information will have to be stored and organized on One Drive folder and presented to the management on a regular basis)
- He/she will participate in improving our specialist image in region
- He/she is the technical "bridge" between the Area, the Product Management team & the HQ
Duties
1. Product Support
- In the region area : Insure the technical support to our customer
- Technical support level 3 (expert) and be in charge of the after sales support
- Supervision of product installations
- Train and monitor the technical level of the distribution network in the area
- In coordination with the marketing dept in proposing promotion tools for the area
- Follow the technical part of the Brand Labelling's (BL)
- Be in charge of the follow up and contact with the product supplier
- Management of follow up new product from Streamer International AG (Launching Planning)
- Formalize in Bitrix (International Task management system) the different market feedbacks
- Start and maintain Zoho (technical part like part numbers, description and all technical related points)
- Follow the Quality of the product portofolio in coordination with the Quality Dept
2. Market Knowledge
- Participate in the market survey and market analyses (Customer interviews, technical survey, norm analysis)
- Create, collect and compile the technical information from the market
- Be present on key exhibition
