Responsibilities:
1. Build Product Vision & Executes on the product roadmap
2. Running RATS Cycle
3. Develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive specific sets of KRs that will substantially drive the company success
4. Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data and competitive analysis.
5. Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
6. Drive roadmap implementation in collaboration with Engineering and UX/UI peers: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication.
7. Help define processes and implement Agile best practices to continuously improve Sprint Planning and Sprint Management
8. Use outcome estimation to prioritize the Product Backlog and maximize value delivered to users and the business
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
2. Have 1-3 years experience in the same fields would be an advantage
3. Product management bootcamp (if any)
4. Define, understand, and improve key funnels and metrics.
