- Develop and drive Digital Products Strategies with company vision
- Manage the product management team to keep improving products to maximize customers satisfaction and quickly be adjusted with market movement
- Coordinate any collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve product growth
- Seek product ideas, gather requirements and insights from the customer's viewpoint
- Create required technical documentation mainly Product Backlog
- Determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans or product introduction
- Make sure the product is suitable, useful and usable for user and company profitable to business
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Requirements :
- More than 3 years’ experience working product management team, as Product Manager
- Experience about CRM is a plus
- Deep understanding of the agile method and cloud platform
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skill to achieve product growth
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn & adapt to different technologies
