Job Descriptions:
- Product Management: Leading the product development process, conducting research, analyzing and aggregating the entire product concept that best fit with Female Daily's customers by working with engineering and design teams to create new features and enhance existing features.
- Product Development: Lead product initiatives from concept through deployment under inputs of other Business Units; includes creating specs and user stories.
- Industry & User Research: Utilize analytics, customer research, mapping, and competitive analysis to improve the customer experience, increase engagements and Female Daily’s positioning.
- Feedback and Improvement: Examining and acting upon feedback, including UX issues, bug reports, and stakeholder input. Coordinating with engineering team to prioritize and address concerns. Communicate progress made on addressing concerns.
- Stakeholder collaborations: Collaborate with all stakeholders in Female Daily: engineer, designer, marketing, sales, sourcing, operations and other team to deliver the ultimate product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from relevant fields in engineering, economy, or management
- Exceptional knowledge of the latest technology and UX trends.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with aptitude towards solving complex problems
- Proficient market knowledge and innovation awareness
- User behavior understanding and empathy
- Ability to explain business and technical requirements to all members of the team
- Expert communication skills
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
