Chi tiết công việc Product Designer tại Silentium Viet Nam
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Become a champion for customer-centric design. As our company gets bigger, we need dedicated designers focused on a specific area in the product. You'll be in conversations constantly reminding us to put the customers first.
- Ship features designed entirely by you. You’ll be expected to take ownership of all your work. This includes mobile-first features, responsive interactions, and platform-specific design patterns. You'll need to talk to customers, collaborate with engineers, and align with product teams. You may need to run workshops, user testing sessions, or other methodologies you prefer; we trust your process. The rest of the team is here to support you, but we’re looking for initiative-takers — not just order-followers.
- Shape the direction of our products. Your work now will likely be influential for quite a few years. You may be working on improving an existing feature, conceptualizing something new, or fundamentally rethinking how something works. You will have plenty of opportunities to bring new perspectives to your team.
- Contribute to our design language. Products move faster with a shared design language and style guide. That applies to mobile too. You'll help ensure consistency across devices while pushing for elegant, effective patterns tailored to iOS and Android environments.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A lot of ownership of your work. We tackle challenges, as a team
- At least 2+ years of digital design experience. Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred. It's not that we care much about the exact number of years, but we're looking for people who can step up to own parts of the product - all the way from concept to implementation. We believe in working autonomously; there's likely no one to tell you how to do things as long as you achieve the expected outcomes. Now, if you have less experience but still feel you could do the job, please don't be shy!
- Strong in UX.
- Solid design skills. Besides having great visual taste and an eye for details, having a solid grasp of design fundamentals (UI, interaction) will make it easier to work with your team. Experience designing for desktop web apps is a plus. Some experience with branding and print design would be great, but definitely not a must. We're using Figma as our primary design tool. Frankly, we don't care much about the tools you use as long as it doesn’t disrupt your team’s workflow :)
- Great communication skills. English is our common language.
- Healthcare is a challenging domain. We’re not looking for someone who’s already an expert. Along the way, mistakes will be made and you must have the courage and ability to admit those mistakes. As long as you put in your best effort, you love to learn, and work well with others, you’ll fit right in. Being a team player will help us move further together, as a team.
- And last, but not the least, we always treat people with respect, so we expect you to do the same.
