Chi tiết công việc Procurement Assistant Manager tại MM Mega Market Vietnam
- To assist Procurement Manager in coordinating with Stakeholders including Authority agencies, Consultants, BOM, Stores, end-users and other the relevant parties (inside or outside of CAP department) to complete construction and technical procurement activities in Head Office and all MMVN & B’s Mart stores
- To negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- To handle all start-to-end bidding transactions in terms of construction, technical and projects per assignment
- To discover potentially profitable vendors and initiate business and organizational partnership
- To continue in initiating the best ways to reduce procurement expenses
- To manage existing contracts and contract review
- To experience in collecting, consolidating and analyzing data
- To report at anytime as per Line manager’s request
- Other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager – NSO Support or upper levels
- University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in HR, Operations,..
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with strong sense of technical products and bidding process, other experience of site/project management is a plus
- Good knowledge in standards of quality systems
- Good communication and strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capability and good in data/ figures
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independantly and under high pressure with multitasking
- Intermediate English level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office-communication system
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect and trust from peers, subordinates and external parties including governmental bodies and customers
