Requirement :
Strong managerial skills and experience in handling administrative and operational functions.
Excellent Mandarin communication skills, both spoken and written.
Candidates of Chinese descent are preferred to support communication with management.

Qualification :
Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and administration.
Understanding of the goods procurement process, supplier negotiation, and purchasing administration.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
