Job Purpose:
Assure the submission of payments complies with Finance & Accounting SOP to ensure costs are in accordance with activities, budgets and there are no double costs
Responsibilities:
- Check and analyze the cost accurately
- Ensure timely fund/expense application to support operation
- Ensure and control expenses following the master cost
Job Desc:
- Ensure received bills are in accordance to cost structure, SOP, and applicable rules
- Verify the bill amount by the underlying and master cost
- Coordinate with Account Receivable on stacking bills paid by the customer
- Verify and process stacking bill to avoid locking
