We are looking for a Primary Teacher who is versatile—able to teach across subjects, manage structure in the classroom, and deliver learning with clarity and purpose.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
We are looking for teachers who are ready to be present, involved, and fully engaged in the classroom environment.
Your Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering holistic education across multiple core subjects, ensuring students develop not only academically, but also in discipline, behavior, and mindset.
In international primary settings, you are expected to go beyond subject teaching—you are the *main driver of the classroom experience*.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons across multiple primary subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, and/or thematic learning)
- Implement an international curriculum (Singapore,Cambridge, IB, or equivalent) with structured lesson planning
- Create a well-managed, disciplined classroom environment that promotes respect and responsibility
- Use inquiry-based and student-centered approaches to develop critical thinking and independence
- Conduct accurate and consistent student assessments (formative & summative) with clear reporting
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student development
- Actively contribute to school activities, character-building programs, and team collaboration
- Able to teach more than one subject confidently at primary level (highly preferred)
- Comfortable handling a homeroom teacher role (academic + character development)
- Strong ability to structure lessons clearly and efficiently
- Experience in international or bilingual environment
- Familiar with inquiry-based learning / project-based learning
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education (PGSD) only — required
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience (primary level)
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) — mandatory for instruction delivery
- Strong classroom management skills
- Strong planning, organization, and reporting ability
