Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking experienced Power Platform Developers to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, workflows, integrations, and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dataverse as the core data platform.
Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules, entities, forms, workflows, and business processes.
Workflow Automation
Design, develop, and support business process automation using Power Automate.
Build complex workflows integrating Microsoft and third-party systems.
Optimize automated processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Analytics and Reporting
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI.
Create advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and data models.
Design data visualizations and reporting frameworks that support business decision-making.
Integration and Data Management
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain API-based integrations using RESTful services and connectors.
Design and implement relational data models and SQL-based solutions.
Governance and Support
Ensure compliance with Power Platform governance, security, and administration standards.
Follow Microsoft best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment, and environment management.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

4+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Proven experience delivering enterprise applications and automation solutions.
Experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and integration projects.
