Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kami mencari Player Development (PD) yang berpengalaman di bidang Voice Room / Live Audio Platform untuk mengembangkan komunitas host serta meningkatkan engagement dan performa platform.

Tanggung Jawab

Merekrut host voice room secara aktif setiap hari
Mencapai target harian: 10–15 kandidat host untuk diinterview
Memastikan minimal 60% kandidat lolos dan berhasil join
Melakukan proses interview dan screening host
Memberikan onboarding & briefing terkait penggunaan platform
Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan SOP interview serta onboarding host
Membangun, menjaga, dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan host
Mengoptimalkan performa host agar aktif, engaged, dan produktif di platform

Kualifikasi

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Player Development / Host Acquisition / Talent Acquisition di Voice Room / Live Streaming / Social App (WAJIB)
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan pressure recruitment
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, persuasi, dan negosiasi yang baik
Memahami alur rekrutmen host (sourcing, screening, interview, onboarding)
Terbiasa menangani banyak kandidat dalam waktu singkat
Proaktif, target-oriented, adaptif, dan memiliki sense of ownership tinggi
