Job description for Personal Assistant at PT. Aplikasi Evolusi Indonesia
- Provide administrative support to user in running his daily business matters
- Handling a wide range of tasks and maintain user’s schedule such as managing appointments, completing reports, composing & preparing correspondence
- Act as representative point of contact (PIC) of the user
- Maintaining organized and balanced work environment & document filing
- Other duties assigned
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Female, maximum age of 35 years old
- Good communication in English, written and verbal
- Proficient in administrative works and office filing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, etc.) & mailing applications
- Detailed, highly organized, able to work independently
- Critical thinker, problem solver and multitasker
- Hard-working and fast learner individualSyarat
