• Assist in providing all supporting documents, information, and other reports
• Responsible in providing administrative and clerical assistance.
• Answering and appropriate screening of telephone calls and incoming emails.
• Manage meeting schedules and other related appointments
Responsibilities :
• Assists Director & GM with daily administrative duties
• Managing appointments
• Composing and preparing correspondence
• Coordinates communication with management, internal relations and external partners
• As a Personal Assistant in daily – work
• Scheduling and Coordinate for User needs
• Become a liaison between User and Other Parties
• Organizing Travel / Trip
• Assisting all User needs
