· Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment, staff development to staff exit.
· Manage payroll processing, payroll related matters and maintenance of employee records
· Administer employee benefits, leave matters, employee claims, foreign work passes
· Manage staff on-boarding and offboarding
· Support line managers in staff recruitment, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview and selection
· Support the line managers in the Performance Appraisal process, and salary and bonus review
· Work with line managers in identifying training needs of employees, source for training providers and administer training applications
· Support line managers in dealing with staff grievances and disciplinary issues
· Provide advice and attend to queries relating to HR polices and related matters
· Administer various grants applications offered by the government agencies
· Provide personal and business executive administrative support to the MD and Directors
· Handle meeting scheduling and preparations. travel arrangements, expense claims
· Manage general office management and administrative duties, including office maintenance and
· Handle any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field of study
· Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· A keen eye for details and meticulous; results orientated
· Strong in interpersonal skills, communication skills and organizational skills
· Able to embrace ambiguity and diversity
· Able to work independently
Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
*The location for work will be Jalan Tepong for the first 3 months (This is to familiarise the HR with all our staff at the factory). Subsequent job location will be at Chinatown or central area.
