Responsibilities:
1. Personal support for the CEO & CEO’s family:
- Manage, register, and arrange study schedules for the CEO's children.
- Represent the CEO in discussions with teachers regarding the children’s academic matters.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of tuition fees.
- Calculate salaries for household staff, including nannies and maids.
- Book flight tickets, hotels, restaurants, and handle visa applications for the CEO’s family.
- Coordinate transportation to meet the travel needs of the CEO’s family.
- Prepare necessary documents and records for the CEO’s family as requested.
- Carry out other tasks assigned directly by the CEO.
2. Office administrative support:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and daily necessities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance or repair of office facilities.
- Liaise with office service providers (couriers, cleaning, postal services, etc.).
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the management.
Requirements:
- College/University degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative roles.
- Detail-oriented, honest, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Good communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
