Requirements
- Min. 2 years experience in digital marketing/agency
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing or guiding team members (preferred)
- Business level English
Responsibilities
- Develop and own end to end campaign strategies
- Handle own client performance and lead strategy execution
- Plan and manage project timelines across multiple clients
- Oversee campaign execution and guide Advertisers/Media Buyers
- Run and evaluate A/B testing to improve performance
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
- Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to clients
- Use tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes
