Work Location: 181 Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
Working time: Monday – Friday (8AM – 5.30PM)
Report to: E-commerce Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop & monitor the execution of Performance programs and campaigns, including online advertising, marketplace, ...
- Setup and optimize ads on Facebook, Youtube, Google, Shopee, Tiktok,...
- Lead ongoing management of Performance touch points, including brand website, social assets, mobile, retail site and so on for maximum compliance and achieve maximum reputation
- Work with related functions such as Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Care and others to efficiently convey Performance campaign
- Implement & monitor all media plans in Lien A including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting
- Monitor trafficking/ ad serving system on Real time basis
- Optimize on Real time basis to ensure efficient media performance
- Develop and execute paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google Adwords
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics and campaign reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, and present reports to relevant teams
- Monitor & analyze competitors including direct competitors and online vendors and propose suggestion to improve.
- Perform other duties assigned from department head
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Performance Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
- From 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role
- Skills:
- + Writing: Ability to write compelling and engaging content.
- + Design: Basic knowledge of advertising design (Canva, PTS, ... is a plus)
- + Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- + Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- + Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas.
- Understand how to build up Facebook, Instagram, Youtube channels.
- Ability to work closely with marketing & design team to create material.
