About us
Salvia is a leading mobile app for Tarot & Psychic guidance. As we scale globally, we’re hiring a Paid Social & Growth Specialist to drive traffic to our social channels (IG, TikTok, Facebook, X and so on) and turn attention into follower growth and engagement
Responsibilities:
- Create paid social campaigns across Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, X (etc.) to drive traffic to our official social accounts, grow followers and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, and creatives toward cost per follow (CPF), engagement rate, reach, and follower retention.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, hooks, formats, captions, thumbnails, and posting times; scale winning variants across platforms.
- Own social channel optimization (bios, links, highlights/pinned posts, playlists, link-in-bio funnels) and maintain a simple content/posting calendar by platform.
- Collaborate with marketing/content/design to make effective creatives; boost top posts and reuse good UGC/creator content when available.
- Build and manage remarketing (people who viewed/engaged) and lookalike audiences (engagers, video viewers, site visitors) to convert viewers into followers or community members.
- Track and report weekly on reach, views, saves/shares, profile visits, follower growth, cost per follow, click-through to app/site; share insights and next steps.
- Stay informed on platform trends and policies (especially for Tarot/Psychic content), competitor activity, and new social growth opportunities.
- Other tasks related to social brand building and channel growth.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid social marketing, digital growth, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other major social ad platforms (experience with X, YouTube Shorts, or Pinterest Ads is a plus).
- Proficient in using data and metrics (reach, CPF, CTR, engagement rate, retention) to drive optimization decisions.
- Ability to identify what content works across social channels; comfortable testing different hooks, captions, and video formats.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
- Good collaboration and communication skills to work with design, content, and marketing teams.
- Curious and proactive about learning new tools, platforms, and trends in social media and performance marketing.
- Feel at ease when communicating in English
What We Offer:

- Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Working location: Cobi Tower II, District 7, HCMC (This position is remote for candidates based in Ha Noi or other provinces outside of Ho Chi Minh City)
