Job description for Performance Marketing Officer at Mapan - PT Ruma (Rekan Usaha Mikro Anda)
- Drive awareness, consideration, acquisition, and engagement across all digital channels.
- Implementing and monitoring digital and social media campaigns by regularly tracking, measuring, and revising campaigns based on performance to optimize ROI.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting digital programs and platforms on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Basis.
- In collaboration with the creative team, provide direction/brief to create exciting and relevant content for the evergreen campaign and any other digital platforms in line with the organization’s overall brand and communication strategy.
- Handle day-to-day digital marketing operations (Mainly App Campaigns), as well as BAU and paid campaign budgets and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a relevant field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of social media paid ads, Google ads (Experienced in Performance App Campaign would be a plus), and App analytics (Firebase, AppsFlyer) with a solid ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
- Understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, ad copy, creative & bidding strategies for various ad platforms
- Experience with tools like Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc
- Strong work ethic
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to learn & open to diverse cross collaborations
- Dedicated work during working hours
