1. Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive new user acquisition, activation, and retention.
2. Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including Performance Marketing, SEO, and social media paid campaigns.
3. Responsible to conduct keyword research and day-to-day SEO campaign.
4. Ability to manage Page Optimizations, Including Title Tags Heading Tags, Meta Descriptions, Cross Linking, etc.
5. Implementing and monitoring digital and SEO (on page, off page) by regularly tracking, measuring, and revising campaigns based on performance to optimize ROI.
6. Responsible for reporting on digital programs and platforms, including paid campaigns, website traffic, blog traffic- SEO performance.
7. In collaboration with the online team and campaign specialist by providing direction/brief to create interesting and relevant content for any other digital platforms in line with the organization’s overall brand and communication strategy.
1. Minimum 2 years of working experience with hands-on experience in performance marketing, and SEO.
2. In-depth knowledge of social media paid ads, META, Google ads, website design, SEO, and website analytics.
3. Strong ability to generate, analyze and interpret data for optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve or exceed our various goals.
4. Expertise in generating quality marketing leads from various ads platform.
5. Exceptional quantitative skills, ability to quickly analyze data and initiative for marketing action.
6. Understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, ad copy, creative & bidding strategies for various ad platforms.
7. Strong analytical skills and good with numbers.
