Performance Excecutive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Media/Performance Executive to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. This hybrid role is crucial in planning and executing paid media strategies that fuel growth, both for Minto’s own internal branding and lead generation efforts and for client-facing projects, from pitches to active campaigns. You’ll be the architect behind data-driven media performance strategies, collaborating with our Business Development (BD) and Creative Director (CD) to drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Projects

1. Develop and implement media strategies to generate leads and build brand awareness for Minto Vietnam.
2. Work closely with the Business Development team to align media efforts with company growth targets.
3. Analyze and optimize internal campaigns to ensure ROI and KPI achievement across digital platforms.
4. External Projects
5. Lead the media planning component in client pitches and ongoing client campaigns across industries.
6. Collaborate with the Creative Director and creative teams to integrate performance strategies with compelling storytelling.
7. Deliver actionable insights and post-campaign performance reports to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

1. 2–4 years of experience in media planning, digital performance marketing in an agency setting.
2. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
3. Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
4. Knowledge of both branding and performance marketing best practices.
5. Excellent Vietnamese & English communication, and project management skills.
6. A strategic mindset with a bias toward testing, optimization, and growth.
7. Proactive, curious, and thrives in a hybrid, cross-functional work environment.

9. Reports directly to the Creative Director
10. Works internally with the BD team and externally with clients and the creative team
