We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our People Operations team to be a partner to the business by executing end to end people operations management and continuous improvement initiatives to excite and retain A-players that perform at their fullest potential.
Execute end to end people operations management and key initiatives of continuous improvement in retaining and motivating our people
Execute end-to-end onboarding to offboarding processes for all new hires and employees
Be the subject matter expert for all internal guidelines and policies relating to people operations matters for Batam office
Work closely with leaders and managers to handle people management issues, in compliance with local employment laws
Focus on ensuring market utilization of newly launched HRIS and data management
Work experience in HR roles
Min. of 1 years people operations management (generalist)
A good command of English (spoken and written)
A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
Highly adaptable and personally organised
