Job description for People and Organizational Development Officer at Pt. Solusi Pembayaran Elektronik
- Involve in end-to-end process people development (assessment – intervention) Involve in monitoring people performance
- Analyse & recommend intervention to optimalization people performance Involve in measuring the impact of interventions on people performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
- Involve in ensure the completeness & effectiveness of employee development in accordance with the rules (especially on tracking people journey while in the company)
- Collaborate with management & leaders in maintain culture & professional relation in employees
- Master or Bachelor degree from Psychology preferably in Industry & Organizational Psychology
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply for Master degree
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position for Bachelor degree
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
- Superb analytical and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software
- Agile, thorough and able to work in a team
- Experience in IT Industry is a plus
