WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Create accurate digital 2D patterns based on tech packs, sketches, or CAD files.
- Collaborate with product developers, and technical teams to translate creative ideas into production-ready virtual samples.
- Adjust patterns based on feedback from fitting sessions and ensure alignment with construction techniques.
- Support sampling team by providing pattern files
- Maintain digital pattern library
- Work closely with production teams to ensure patterns meet manufacturability and efficiency standards.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in pattern making
- Solid knowledge of garment/headwear construction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Basic English
- Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.
- Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
