Job Scope
As a Baking Workshop Program Assistant x Creative Intern , this hybrid role will put you in charge of assisting us in the testing and developing of various baking recipes in our test kitchen, along with the production and execution of educational and marketing materials surrounding all things food.
Besides that, you'll also learn how to facilitate online group sessions, and share and communicate your knowledge effectively to groups of individuals. You will learn how to apply your culinary and baking skills in a business context, learn the inner workings of the company, and contribute to its growth and expansion in the baking industry.
Requirements
- Personal/Professional background in culinary/baking/cooking
- Please provide a portfolio of your cooks/bakes with your application. It may come in the form of a photo album, videos, website, or social media accounts.
- Good communication and presentation skills (English especially)
- Excellent oral and written English
- Lively and extroverted, able to communicate with groups effectively
- Possess a passion for baking/cooking, and sharing your passion with others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism

Our baking kits offers hassle-free baking at your fingertips, with tried-and-tested recipes along with tutorial videos to guide users, and the ingredients required pre-portioned.
To date, we've delivered tens of thousands of baking kits to thousands of bakers all over Singapore, and conducted both consumer and corporate baking workshops. Our first ever baking workshop launched was sold out in less than 2 hours!
Our goal is to empower and educate individuals to get their hands dirty in the kitchen, cooking and baking up lovely dishes and treats for their loved ones.
