Location: Hybrid / Singapore
You're likely to focus on building long-term relationships with merchants/clients rather than hitting one-off targets. This role will manage the day to day relationship between WOGI and its strategic partners and bring new partners in. You'll work closely with merchants/clients, acting as an all-round business consultant to identify and support clients to empower success by creating engaging and vibrant rewards and incentive driven behavior.
● Merchant acquisition, onboarding and management - maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners
● Develop new creative partnership ideas with other top brands in other verticals
● Building up catalogue profile for client proposals or align with client needs
● Assist with partnership identification opportunities
● Negotiating the merchant terms to align with the goals of the company
● Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and networking as and when necessary
● Supporting administrative processes: contract filing, brand stock monitoring, sending purchase orders and invoices etc.
● Maintaining weekly reports with Line Manger in Singapore
● Work closely with international teams and provide support for all assigned projects align with business direction
● Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology/services for merchants
● Other adhoc duties as assigned
● Natural people person - enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude, immediately bond with others and are able to quickly build strong relationships
● Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building
● Not afraid of presenting ideas and speak to decision-makers
● Minimum 2-3 years of sales (is a big plus)
● Good commercial awareness
● Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
● Excellent written communication and communication skill. Fluent in English.
● A start-up attitude – highly collaborative and able to display roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
● Team Player with the ability to work with different functions in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment. Able to work independently when required.
