Job description for Partner Success Associate at Arcstone
- Lead Arcstone’s partnerships efforts in Indonesia
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities
- Develop the overall partner ecosystem strategy and partner-specific strategies for establishing and expanding key partnerships to enable customer and partner success
- Serve as the Arcstone counterpart to leadership at strategic partners by representing the global partner organization, developing and setting shared partnership vision and successfully developing and negotiating long-term partnership agreements
- Engage the global partner organization to drive partner-enabled pipeline and business growth opportunities for Arcstone
- Bring newly signed partners live by engaging and training stakeholders, and supporting on-boarding efforts
- Increase engagement and adoption through regular training and collaboration with our most important partners, both in-person and over webinar
- Create and monitor metrics to analyze partner performance, and execute plans that drive monthly, quarterly, and annual key results
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Arcstone’s partner networks
- Drive accountability for customer retention & activation targes through the partner network
- Enable the partner network through customer renewal
- Serve as a bridge between Arcstone and the partner network
- Develop expertise in Arcstone’s products and be able to teach product functionality and collect feedback
- Prior experience in B2B sales/partnerships with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Supply Chain Management (SCM) software is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships management or relevant areas
- Proven track record in pro-actively securing new partnership opportunities
- Proven track record of driving multiple time-sensitive projects under a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to build, maintain and leverage positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a proven ability to think innovatively and resourcefully
- Ability to liaise, communicate and influence C-suite level partners and customers
- Team player with a no ego and collaborative attitude
- Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape
- Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing industry or a willingness to gain deep knowledge in a short span of time
- Strong international outlook and willingness to travel
- Experience delivering trainings and workshops to large audiences across a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
