Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential partners in international markets.
- Proactively approach, connect, and expand the B2B partner network.
- Monitor partnership progress to ensure smooth collaboration and business effectiveness.
- Maintain long-term relationships and strengthen engagement with existing partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to convert partnership opportunities into revenue.
- Build and manage a partnership pipeline while tracking partnership performance.
- Prepare and update regular reports on partnership activities and performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, or B2B Sales roles.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, quick to adapt, and business growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with different teams.
- Strong pipeline management and task-tracking skills.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
