- Responsible for logistics operations from planning, building, monitoring, and managing to achieve company goals.
- Support Business Unit to growth with efficient and flexible handling and storage solutions.
- Liaising with Business director, vendors, and partners to build strategy, targets, and execution plans and timeline
- Resolving problems or constraints that occur in Operations
- Analyze and provide insights on the operating performance of each function, develop recommendations and provide analytical support for internal projects/initiatives
- Ensure the accuracy of the regular operations using various quantitative methods
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field
- Data-driven; possess the ability to analyze and synthesize data
- Having Experience in Warehouse and Operations area.
- Highly motivated with excellent leadership skills and growth mindset
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Well - organized
- Strong in leadership skills and problem solver
- Database programming skill is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
