The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for specific communication, tracking, and project operations activities for assigned client projects. This role supports project flow, organization, coordination and tracking process across education programs.
The position is integral to a successful client experience as a result of our work, efficiency in meeting the project deliverables, and our own experience working on the project. We desire to make each project as smooth, seamless and stress-free as possible for us and our client.
This position provides key support to Project Coordinator and Product Development, serving the broader goals of the company to provide a positive, efficient and productive work environment through alignment with our company values and company culture.
Ensuring data capture system / procedures are followed.
Providing administrative support to education programs / projects, including:
a) Registration processes (data validation, registration numbers
b) School and students data validation
c) Relevant databases creation (attendance, scoring, relevant documents, report card)
d) Recapitulation of school/students scoring and supporting scoring elements.
3. Overseeing record-keeping for input to product development and curriculum development.
4. Maintaining high level of quality data check, data assurance, including course execution, course scoring, and course certification procedures
5. Liaising with industrial partners, education institutions, schools, government departments and students attending programs.
6. Serve as primary point of contact when there are issues related to data quality and data sourcing for internal systems.
7. Communicate program issues with project teams and devise ways of improving the overall processes, including involvement in resolving problems and complaints.
8. Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
9. Responsible for maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress. File all project documents in an appropriate database or library, ensuring all documents are accurate and have been accepted by the Project Coordinator.
10. Identify any potential issues or risks that could effect the progression of education programs / projects. Communicate these findings with the Project Coordinator and Product Development, and work to identify potential solutions.
11. Closely watch the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task in every cycle. Check regularly that every deadline is still possible, and report any potential delays to relevant teams.
12. Handling new and existing relations with industrial clients and schools.

1) A bachelor degree from Education Management / Computer Science or any relevant major.
2) Having genuine interest/prior experience in education sector.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical skills.
4) Ability to read, write, and understand English.
5) Ability to work with deadlines and tight schedules.
6) Proven interpersonal, communication, and task prioritization skills.
7) Prior experiences in data capture, data processing, and data management.
8) Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with positive attitude when problems arise.
9) Domicile location: Jakarta / Bogor / Depok / Tangerang / Bekasi.
10) Willingness to travel to remote areas.
11) Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications (advanced/proficient level, not beginner).
