Job description for Operations Supervisor at Gather Technologies Pte Ltd
This role is open to anyone who has a keen interest in operations and logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
The candidate must possess a strong sense of empathy towards supervisors, subordinates and customers.
A keen eye for details and ability to design and evaluate workflow processes is a must.
Management will reward individuals who dares to take risks and propose new and better ways in doing things over incumbent methods.
Roles and Responsibilites:
1. Plan daily routes for deliveries.
2. Check outgoing stock prior to releasing delivery stocks.
3. Verify stock accuracy before delivery dispatch.
4. Support inbound and outbound operations.
5. Ensure inventory accuracy.
6. Conduct daily stock check, rearrangement of stock.
7. Conduct investigation for stock discrepancies, customer complaints and feedback to management for improvement on current practises.
8. Follow up with vehicle maintenance.
Relevant Skills and Qualifications:
1. Diploma and above.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience.
3. Must possess Class 3 driving licence.
4. Posses computer knowledge for online collaboration tools.
