What You'll Do
- Manage the delivery of the company business plan from an operational perspective
- Manage and deliver operational projects
- Metrics and Reports: You will own
- Resource planning (current + future)
- Time-logging
- Projects tracking to budget
- Provide strategic inputs on how to improve operational efficiencies across the department performance as well as the company as a whole
- Lead and drive the service delivery and projects implementation - end to end from scoping through to go-live, ensure projects are on time and on budget.
- Act as the point of contact for account delivery
- Maintain a large client focus with leadership, stakeholder engagement & management
- Manage and communicate with key holders on operational support daily
- Report back to the CEO and team leads on delivery timelines through monthly/weekly/daily project progress reporting activities
- Setup and facilitate weekly customer and internal update calls
- Own the updating and administering of internal and customer-facing project boards
- Continuously work with the Head of Product to allocate and update resourcing for existing, scheduled and future projects
- Own internal processes to ensure projects are documented and compliant
- Suggest improvements to operational workflows and processes to improve efficiency
- Confidently interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels to overcome complexities
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
Skills + Qualifications
- Must have 8+ years in a Technical Project Management or Operational role
- Familiar with Project Management methodologies or qualified
- Hands on and owns things to an outcome
- Results Driven and a strong analytical mindset
- Ideally - Has experience in the eCommerce or similar space and understands the flow of information between systems
- Inquisitive nature who can logically troubleshoot problems
- IT skills and the ability / interest / demonstrated use of software tools
- Good decision maker and can act with minimal supervision
- Able to see the big picture and then work collaboratively with each stakeholder and system to ensure success
- Conflict resolution
- Open to candidates in Australia and Singapore
