Job description for Operations Executive at Biohackk International Pte Ltd
- Provide support for day-to-day activities, ensuring all assigned tasks are executed timely and effectively.
- Develop, maintain and manage an internal system and processes to keep track of suppliers, company asset inventory, office supplies, assets allocation and storage.
- Assist in office administrative matters and miscellaneous ad-hoc assignments as tasked.
- Conducting daily inventory stock-taking, procurement of office supplies & office maintenance activities.
- Prepare the office for daily operations, before pre-shift meetings and any appointments.
- Attend weekly meetings to communicate updates and review operational standards & identified risks.
- Handle workplace disciplinary and termination procedures, where required.
- Handle general and special deliveries of all products, supplements, catering meals, and ad-hoc items.
- Provide quality customer service for all delivery jobs, ensuring items arrive at the preferred time, and in good condition.
- Contribute to the growth of the company towards its corporate goals.
- Warm interactions with the clients on-site, to help the clients feel welcome.
- Participate in, and possibly anchor concurrent projects that drive growth for the company.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
