Job Description
- Plan, execute and monitor operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage vendors and the deployment of Gym Pods
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot operations issues and solve them
- Build and track daily operations metrics and dashboards
- Responsible to project stakeholders for accomplishing project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of each project
- Coordinate and supervise pod launches activities on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule
- Find ways to improve the efficiency of processes
- Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Develop practical solutions for growth of client satisfaction with service delivery and ensure smooth running of internal operations
- Manage budgets and costs effectively
Requirements
Experience
- Degree in Business or Operations or any related discipline
Skills Required:
- Strong people management and coordination skills
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of workflow management
- Experience in responding to complaints and maintaining safety standards
- Experience in project planning, scheduling and forecasting
