Job description for Operations Executive at Dynacle Transportation and Workshop Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the company’s bus fleet management from route planning, organising and scheduling.
- To review schedule and routing in the most efficient manners when necessary
- Coordinate closely with the sales team on job orders received from customers.
- Work closely with bus drivers and contractors to ensure daily operations are carried out within schedule. Able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
- To perform general administrative duties related to day-to-day operations including job order entries, printing signages, sending bus schedules to drivers, handling phone or email correspondence from contractors and customers.
- Arranging buses for regular servicing, inspection and maintenance from time to time.
- Manage and lead bus drivers to provide reliable and safe bus services to support smooth bus operations
- Conduct incident and accident investigation and report writing when necessary
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years experiences in transport or logistics industry
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with great knowledge of Singapore’s road and possess driving licence is preferred
- Proficient in using computer and Microsoft office applications.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong work ethics, team players and attention to details.
- Flexible in working hours as sometimes may be required to work outside official hours to support the running of projects.
