JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for implement and update the right processes and practices across the company and manage the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure all tasks are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way;
· Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to Operations Manager as well as ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget;
· Responsible for attract talents and conduct recruitment process to put right people in right positions fully and timely;
· In charge of compensation and benefits sectors, ensure internal equity, alignment with company guidelines: Develop, update, review, and follow up matters of human resources including policies, procedures and labour regulations. Follow up labour contracts for new contracts, renewals, or termination;
· In charge of new employee orientations and training programs for employees: Responsible for finalizing training demands and conducting suitable training and development programmes to enhance the performance of companypersonnel and help them achieve their best performances as well as to accomplish the organisation’s goals;
· Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are maintained, managed, filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
· Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work;
· Responsible for organizing all company’s events such as monthly all-hands, yearly company trip, end-of-year parties, healthcare program and more;
· Shall be responsible for other duties as assigned.
