We are looking for a well-rounded and passionate Operations and Analyst Intern to join us in growing a contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand. As an Operations and Analyst Intern, you will:
Retail and E-Commerce Operations
Assist our Head of Operations in managing the operations of our e-commerce and offline retail channels
Consolidate qualitative feedback from retail sales team for reporting on consumer/competitor/retail trends; identify customer pain points for improvement
Manage and maintain productive relationships with retail partners
Assist in the fulfilment of sales orders and product listing
Support the retail sales team on the sales floor by offering a personalised and exceptional experience to customers (ad-hoc basis)
Inventory Management, Reporting, & Analysis
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of data in POS and inventory management system
Create and analyse weekly/monthly sales and product performance reports to improve product sell-through; identify inventory risks and opportunities
Manage allocation of stocks across all selling channels
Propose and implement replenishment and stock allocation strategies to maximise sales and reach KPI
An affable team player who takes initiative, is enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Possesses strong organisational and analytical skills as well as interpersonal communication skills
Agile with numbers and has a good foundation in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a bonus
Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit with high commercial instinct and retail mindset
Prior work experience in retail/e-commerce platform/inventory management would be advantageous
Customer-centric and has a keen interest in the fashion industry
