About this Position
We are looking someone who wants to learn more about the operations management. You will explore on each roles and complete all assigned operations tasks which may include, performing duties in different departments, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. You will be expected to gain a lot of operations knowledge and understand how a company operates.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, you will do:
Complete all operations tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Explore and perform the roles of Warehouse, Picker-packers, drivers whenever needed to gain better understanding of each role.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Preparing documents and updating records.
Job Requirements
In order to launch sucessfully, you need to have:
Minimum education of High School (SMA/SMK)
A valid driver's license (SIM C) is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is a must.
Strong communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
