We are looking for Chinese-speaking candidates to join an international customer service project in HCMC. If you are confident in Mandarin and looking for a professional environment with competitive compensation, this could be a great opportunity.
Job Responsibilities
- Support customers via Hotline, Email, Chat and Calls.
- Answer inquiries and handle complaints related to products and services on an e-commerce platform.
- Update customer information and cases in the internal system.
- Perform other assigned customer service tasks.
Requirements
- High School graduate or above (temporary graduation certificate accepted).
- Mandarin Chinese: fluent, equivalent to HSK 5–6 - certificate is not required.
- English: B1 reading & writing, basic communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total income: VND 18,000,000 – 20,000,000/month
- Basic salary: VND 16,500,000/month
- Meal allowance: VND 500,000/month
- Monthly KPI bonus: VND 900,000 – 1,200,000
- Night-shift allowance: 30% of basic salary

Work location: The Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Phu Tho Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working schedule: Rotating shifts between 08:00 – 23:00, 9 hours/shift including 1-hour break; 2 days off/week.
