· Set plan and strategy to develop overall marketing and communication for company business.
· Handling Digital/ Communication/ Launching plan for new product
· Executing marketing activities, marketing budget optimization, user experience, defining and solving problems to meet KPI needs
· Leading on campaigns to attract new business connections and provide reporting of results
· Manage online advertising resources and campaigns
· Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance.
· Conduct weekly performance reports on each channel & funnel.
· Collaborate with related departments (Operations, Design, Product, CS, BD,..) to grow business.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or management.
· At least 1 year of experience in Marketing position.
· Experience in e-commerce or Mobile app is preferrable.
· Good communication, creative and understand about social marketing.
· Good skill of planning, solving problem and independent working
· Personality: Creative, Responsible, Hard-working, Trustworthy.
