* JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As a Native English Teacher for Kids, you will:
- Prepare and deliver fun, interactive, and age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 4–12 using the WISE curriculum.
- Apply teaching techniques based on NLP and Linguistics to make learning faster, easier, and more effective for kids.
- Use engaging visuals, songs, games, and activities to maintain children's attention and interest.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere where kids feel safe, motivated, and confident to speak English.
- Assess and track student progress through in-class activities and teacher observations.
- Provide regular updates and constructive feedback to the academic team and Vietnamese co-teachers.
- Participate in teacher training, workshops, and development programs provided by WISE ENGLISH.
- Assist in special events, English clubs, or seasonal activities organized for young learners.
Collaborate with the Academic Manager and other teachers to improve teaching materials and classroom experience.
* JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker
- At least 6 month of experience teaching young learners (4–12 years old)
- Able to teach on weekends and/or weekday evenings- Passionate about early childhood education and language development
- Friendly, patient, energetic, and creative
- Committed to working for at least 6 months and completing assigned courses (2.5 months per course)
- Willing to follow WISE’s curriculum and methodology after training
