Mô Tả công việc:
- Management of all of sales and Operations ofthe GT Department in nationwide (North, Hanoi, Central, South East, HCMC, and Mekong) under the instruction of BOD (= Senior Sales Manager) In the Non-food category.
- Understand the company’s budget plan for the GT market, and fully utilize data from the ERP system and DMS system and all of the information resources, check the data, MCP, sales activities, including daily sales by retailer customer, by SR, by Area, by Brand, always update and understand sales status.
- Under instruction from BOD and based on the budget plan and/or monthly, quarterly, and yearly target of the company, based on the data, understand the current problems and consider the solution, and do improvement for the sales activities on GT Sales team.
- Respond requirement from BOD and/or Suppliers, check the data and report on time.
- Under instruction from BOD, Suppliers, and/or proposal by yourself, make a plan for the training for GT Sales team and deploy training with a yearly plan.
- Make yearly plan to deploy commando (Shijoken) nationwide with BOD, to confirm and understand the actual sales situation in each area and understand problem, difficulity, challenging for our sales team in order to make the solution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Accounting, Logistics, and other department to Maximize our sales volume and value, and minimize loss of company with sincere and collaboration mindset.
- Make MCP(Master Coverage Plan) for each SR, SS, ASM of operation team to maximize our numeric distribution.
- Other Task instructed by BOD and/or Suppliers and/or Customers
- Strictly compliance with company regulation, regulation of Supplier and Law in Vietnam.

- University with a Business Administration/ Marketing/Economics major
- At least 10 years of experience in the FMCG/Non-Food Business in GT
- Have the expertise to handle in Nationwide Distribution
- Sales data analyzing skill

- Negotiable salary ( Basic Salary + Incentive) around 40 ~50 gross
- 13th-month salary bonus;

Thời gian: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to morning Saturday
